(RD)2 was born in 2007 as evolution of Renzo Rabbi's technical office.
We are a dynamic company and we provide a complete service in many fields as software, hardware, electronic and electromechanical. Research and development is an essential element of our activity, together with our multiannual know how we are proposing as technological partner to verify ideas, feasibility and develop of new products o services that join design, mechanical technology, electrical technolgy and user-friendliness.
Our core business is the engineering and the production of drives for asynchronous, both single-phase and three-phase, electrical motors: the ALTAIR inverters.
Our range of inverter ALTAIR includes single-phase sizes from 0,09kW to 3,00kW and three-phase sizes from 0,37kW to 5,50kW. The inverters are installed inside a die-cast aluminium case and they can be mounted on the motor's terminal block creating a "motoinverter".

Moreover, we develop and make other many custom electronical applications; they are often integrated with our inverters for electric motors.
